In compliance with the legal provisions related to the Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals,
Yamazaki Insurance, domiciled in Del Valle Tlacoquemécatl, Benito Juárez, C.P. 03200, Mexico City, informs
you that your personal data (identification, patrimonial, financial, labor, academic, transit and migratory,
about administrative procedures followed in the form of judgment and / or jurisdictional),
and sensitive (health, physical characteristics , habits, union affiliation, biometrics such
as: fingerprint, voice, video recording image and digital signature, sexual life, device geolocation)
will be treated according to the following purposes:
A. Primary
Clients (proponents or applicants, contracting parties, insured parties, beneficiaries, resource providers,
affected third parties, trustors and trustees). They will be used to evaluate your insurance application,
risk assessment, prevention and detection of fraud and illicit operations, claims, sale of salvages and manage,
maintain or renew the insurance contract in compliance with our obligations of the Law on the Insurance Contract,
Law on Insurance Institutions and Bonds and other laws and provisions that regulate us, as well as for statistical
studies and evaluating the quality of service.

For marketing, advertising or commercial prospecting purposes to offer you other of our products, services,
promotions and additional benefits of your policies. If you do not agree with the secondary purposes, you can
express your refusal by doing the following:

The data referred to in this Notice may be transferred to:
Insurance or Surety Institutions in order to quote, issue, endorse or cancel the product requested from your agent;

international agreements as an insurance institution, tax obligations, as well as to comply with official
or judicial notifications or requirements.
IMSS, in order to comply with obligations contained in social security legislation.
Institutions, organizations or entities of the insurance sector (members and auxiliaries or support),
for risk selection, monitoring and control, fraud prevention and conducting business in coinsurance and
reinsurance; payment and compensation of claims between insurance companies.
Financial and stock institutions, in order to comply with the instructions of the policyholders on
investments related to the insurance product.
Salvage Buyers, for the acquisition of salvages, according to invoices and / or property documents.
Your Insurance Agent and / or Risk Manager, to attend requests for surgery scheduling, hospital
reports, reimbursement requests, claims procedures or follow-ups, administration of procedures,
as well as for claims reconciliations.
In the event that we make any additional transfer that requires your express consent,
it will be previously collected. You will be able to exercise your right of Revocation,
as well as your ARCO rights. To process your Revocation or ARCO requests, you must provide your letter to
notice@yamazaki.mx.
In addition to the exercise of your Revocation or ARCO rights, you may limit the use or disclosure of
your personal data, by registering in the Public Registry of Users of Natural Persons (REUS).

Health Data:
Health status, clinical history, allergies, diseases, information related to issues of a psychological and
/ or psychiatric nature, medical disabilities, surgical interventions, vaccines, use of toxic substances,
use of ophthalmic, orthopedic, hearing aid and prosthetic devices, among others.
Physical Data:
Sex, blood type, DNA, fingerprint or other analogues, skin color, iris color, hair color,
specific signs, height, weight, complexion, disabilities, among others.
Sex Life Data:
Sensitive data referring to gender, sexual preference, sexual habits, among others.
Sensitive Personal Data:
Those that affect the most intimate sphere of its owner, or whose misuse may give
rise to discrimination or entail a serious risk for it. In particular, sensitive are
considered those that can reveal aspects such as racial or ethnic origin, present and future
health status, genetic information, religious, philosophical and moral beliefs, union affiliation,
political opinion, sexual preferences.
ARCO Rigths:
They are the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition.
Geolocation:
It is the ability to obtain the actual geographical location of an object, such as a radar,
a mobile phone, or a computer connected to the Internet.

Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals.
Responsable:
Private natural or legal person who decides on the processing of personal data.
Resource Provider:
To that person who, without being the insured in an Operation with an investment component,
contributes the resources for said purpose without obtaining the economic benefits derived from that Operation.
Third Party:
The natural or legal person, national or foreign, other than the owner or the person responsible for the data.
Titleholder:
The natural person to whom the personal data corresponds.
Transfer:
Any communication of data made to a person other than the person responsible or in charge of the treatment.
Treatment:
The obtaining, use, disclosure or storage of personal data, by any means.
